Monday Madness
1) Which holiday do you celebrate this time of year? My family and I celebrate Christmas!
2) Do you begin shopping for gifts earlier than Thanksgiving, looking for the perfect gift? If not, when do you begin? I usually begin the weekend following Thanksgiving.
3) Do you only purchase gifts that you know are perfect for the recipient and if you don't find that gift, do you just get anything? I usually just give money or a gift card it I can't find anything, but I do try to purchase gifts that I know are perfect for that person I'm giving it to.
4) Did you receive or give any "obligatory" gifts this year? I hope I didn't receive any, but I'm pretty sure I didn't give any either.
5) Do you decorate your tree as evenly as possible or do you skip the areas that are not visible? My sister is in charge of the tree and she makes us decorate it as evenly as possible.
6) Do you like multi-colors on your tree or do you prefer monochrome? I like multi-colors on our tree. It just makes it look more unique instead of uniformed.
7) Did you bake "traditional" cookies, frost them and decorate them? or did you cheat and buy the ready to bake kind? I usually cheat and buy the ready to bake kind since I usually don't have time for the "traditional" cookies.
8) Are you the host of a holiday gathering? which one? Nope. My family and I go to a family friend's house for a Christmas Eve gathering and that's the only party we go to this time of year.
9) With whom do you spend the holiday? My family which includes: my grandparents, parents, sister, and my dogs.
10) How did the holiday turn out? Perfectly? funny mishaps? miss anyone? The holiday turned out pretty nice actually. Better than I expected. Sadly though not too many funny things happened in our family this year.
