    continuing efforts to thwart counterfeiters
As tiffany jewelry is popular around the world, it has enjoyed a great market in the world and earning a lot of profit.
In this situation, more and more other retailers take part in the tiffany retailing team, but some of them are selling the counterfeit goods on eBay.
Tiffany & Co announced today the final judgment against Katz Imports, Inc., requiring Katz to pay Tiffany damages of $600,000 for engaging in fraudulent acts which directly led to willful and malicious injury to Tiffany and Tiffany & Co. jewelry trademarks.
We are pleased to have brought a halt to another group of counterfeiters, said Michael Kowalski, Chairman and CEO of Tiffany.
The $600,000 fine has been paid in full. It will go directly into the continuing efforts to thwart counterfeiters so that we can protect the public as well as our famous name and mark.
Katz had sold counterfeit Tiffany jewelry on eBay under the name Diamondpage and through another website.
