Ok Im new here.
Im feeling so dam,n icky its not funny. Im huge, like a size 16 australian.... ICK!
-Current Weight: 92kgs - 194lbs?
-Goal Weight: 75kgs - 150lbs
-Diet: just 'sensible' eating and incidental excercise (im a hairdresser work 6 days a week fro 8am till 6pm and on my feet the WHOLE time)
Any advice on diets etc would be welcome, the exercise thing sucks so i avoid that as much as possible but my perdometer tells me i wask about 6kms a day just at work....
Im trying out the whole vegetarian thing as well, just to see how i go.
