OK this may sound weird but Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies is a most fabulous work out video I can lose like 2 pounds when I do it…Which is why I need to start doing it. But that and ANY Kick Boxing video works really well for me to. I know what you mean about the self confidence with losing even 10 pounds, its amazing how it can boost that.
Anyway I changed my diet, because I get sick every time I am on Atkins, so now DUN DUN DUN lol im not really on a diet either, I am just eating my three meals a day (go figure that just eating at the right time can work wonders) Taking my One a Day Weight Smart Pill and exercising my damn arse off…. Because This summer I am DETERMINED to buy a Bikini (MY FIRST ONE YAY) The way my body works I can lose 5 pounds a week I just need to work my arse off in which to do it! So GO TEAM Cheers Love! Sha
