So I've reached my first goal, about 130 lbs. The thing is, I've got scurvey (meaning I don't get enough [or any] vitamin C). So... I've decided to get some supplements of it in pills or whatever.
I was just wondering... does anyone else take vitamin pills and such, and if so, what ones do you/did you take, and what do/did they do?
