1) Exercise daily.
2) Respect and take care of myself.
4) Work hard at everything I do.
5) Think, speak and act positively; release negative emotions.
Starting tomorrow, I'm going a whole new approach to taking care of myself. That is, to start out slowly and healthfully, and keep getting better and better. With that in mind, I have two new notebooks -- a little one to track my workouts and what I eat, and a larger one to chart the mental, emotional and spiritual progress I'll be making.
And I will be making this progress.
