Okay, well I've found another three hosting companies that I'll need to check out...fact is, now....we're moving into territory whereby, we're paying the same money, but getting less for the dollar...e.g. many that I'm not checking don't come with 24/7 live chat....which is probably the most important thing a hosting company can offer.
