And just reading through the provisions of the new service in terms of hosting and in terms of domain name registration....you know it is very difficult to determine what one sign's in a contract is legal, and what in the contract is illegal itself....which is why it's a good idea to become a lawyer... I mean sometimes it just seems...that you're signing something which says....yes I allow you to mismanage my domain, I allow you to ruin my business....blah...blah...kind of like what's going on with the current provider...when in fact....i don't agree to that at all...

so what ever you sign you're put in a bit of a situation that most likely you don't agree with...but at the time have no control off...that in itself is an issue...and a question on ethics...

I mean i don't have a problem with their mail policy...but in terms of this avoidance of responsibility as a hosting company providing a service...well who know's how it's going to end...
