I mean realistically if you think about it....while I gather that 142,000 is alleged to be of criminal class....I really don't know like I said that would effectively have been every prison population in England.....but with 25.000 woman.....it would have either have led to increased incidence of rape....or male genocide......

So effectively I can't really say what I think about that....because I just find it too hard to believe it's true...
