    Cellulite Fact
Cellulite is a dilemma for both men and women. However, it seems that majority of its victims are women rather than men. This situation leads to the sprouting of different anti cellulite treatments made especially for women in the market. They all promise satisfying results, but as we all know many of the treatments turned out to be big disappointments. Here are the important things you need to know in order to get rid of your unsightly cellulite. Cellulite is a common condition. However, reducing cellulite should be a personal decision. You owe it to yourself to reduce your cellulite condition though. Although cellulite won't kill you or develop into a serious medical condition, it can affect your confidence and self-esteem. At its worst, you can have truly unsightly cellulite spots that can drive you to cover up even in summer.

Cellulite is mainly found in thighs, hips and buttocks and sometimes under the arms and the stomach. Despite the fact that cellulite is formed through the fat cells of the body, it doesn't mean that only overweight people have the skin condition. In fact, majority of women, even the slim or skinny ones, can have it. The reason is: cellulite is mainly caused by the irregular distribution of fat in the body. Women are most prone to this since the fat found their bodies are irregular as opposed to those of men. Most of these fat cells gather underneath the skin due to toxins released by certain chemicals found in what a person eats or take in. Caffeine and nicotine are examples of substances that contribute to the creation of toxin which produce cellulite. Avoiding these and certain medication-which are often unnecessary-such as, sleeping pills and laxatives can help with cellulite reduction.

Here are some other cellulite reduction facts that you should now.

Fact 1: Cellulite can get worse.

It's important to keep in mind that you are not the only cellulite sufferer on earth. Many other women have the condition as well as some men. Even female athletes and thin people have some cellulite in their bodies. This doesn't mean though that you should leave your problem alone. Cellulite can get worse. It may be harder for your to get rid of cellulite if you have a more severe condition.

Fact 2: There are ways to reduce cellulite.

There are many options to get rid of cellulite. If you have the money, you may consider liposuction. This is only advisable though if you are physically fit, near your recommended weight, young and emotionally stable. Liposuction candidates though are not always guaranteed perfect results. There may still be some dimpling left after liposuction.

Fact 3: Reducing cellulite takes a lot of effort and discipline.

Even if your liposuction procedure has been a huge success, you still need to exert some effort and stay disciplined for the rest of your life. Liposuction simply removes the cellulite that you have at the moment but it cannot prevent cellulite from developing again. You would have to keep a regular exercise program and keep away from foods that aren't healthy. If you are using some home or product remedy, you need to use it consistently, regularly and honestly.

Fact 4: There are home remedies for cellulite reduction.

Not everyone can afford liposuction. There are also some people for whom diet and exercise may work to a certain extent. In these cases, you may have to use a good home remedy to help fight cellulite. Caffeine for example has been deemed affective for the reduction of cellulite. You can try a home made caffeine wrap to help reduce your cellulite problem. Simply apply crushed coffee beans on the cellulite area after taking a bath and wrap it with some plastic.

Fact 5: There are also some effective natural products.

Some people swear by their home remedies. Not all of them are actually effective. Sometimes this is not because the ingredients used have no real effect on cellulite. Some home remedies may not be effective because there is no standard for their use. People may not know how much coffee should be used, what kind of coffee and how often it should be applied.
