    Cellulite Diet
Cellulite is fat that has been trapped in fibrous pockets close to the skin. Cellulite is hardened fat cells that have been trapped in the body's network of muscle tissue and fiber. This tissue and fiber is constantly flushed by cleansing fluids through the day and the result is a very ugly bloated look. Diet to fight cellulite should include extra intake in fruit, vegetables, wholegrain, and beans. A lot of women want to say goodbye to cellulite and never see it again for the rest of their lives. It is known that both men and women can get cellulite, on their thighs and other body areas, because of excessive fat in the body. No matter how much dieting you do, it may not be possible to completely eliminate the presence of cellulite. Creams and lotions that are topically applied to cellulite problem areas are not entirely effective either. The most advisable thing to do is to decrease body fat content, so that the amount of cellulite can be reduced as well.

Cleansing the affected area and decreasing the excess toxins may be beneficial to remove cellulite and enhances the skin’s quality. Fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables are beneficial to clean the body and removes stored toxins. The fresh fruits and vegetables include multiple factors like minerals, fiber and physiochemical. Antioxidants are also included in the fruits and vegetables. Injury imposed is also eliminated by complimentary radicals on the body. There is nothing short of weight control and exercises that will help keep cellulite under control. Nutrients in Vitamin B, C and E, essential fatty acids, glucosamine, calcium, iodine, fiber and potassium – e.g. avocados, oily fish, bananas, bran and oat cereals, pears, asparagus, broccoli and such are all good sources of foods to treat cellulite.

List of healthy foods for cellulite reduction:

    Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables into the daily diet. High-nutrient types of fruits are a better option to treat your sweet tooth rather than munching your way to a candy bar, ice creams, cookies or cakes. Organic fruits and vegetables are great in cleansing your body and help to get rid of stored toxins. Blueberries, blackberries, cherries, oranges, cranberries, apples, spinach, tomatoes and carrots are best at combating cellulite.

    Nuts and Seeds

Most nuts and seeds such as almonds, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds contain high in omega-3 essential fatty-acids, vitamins and antioxidant minerals. These types of foods are excellent for regulating your body's fat metabolism. Make sure to go for unsalted ones.

    Drinks Lots of Water

Do keep you hydrated at anytime of the day. Drink at least 8 - 10 glasses of water a day to flush out unwanted toxins.

Though there is no developed diet that can remove cellulite with 100% effectiveness, you can improve your chances of leading a healthier life and having a firmer body by following a good diet plan. Even products like the lotions and creams can't be totally successful, but the results of following a healthy eating and exercise plan will give you lots of benefits. Consult with a physician to determine a cellulite diet plan that suits you best, and be sure to stick to your routine it really helps.
