link colors white scrollbar the back part i wsa black and the part that moves i want white

[x] Comments link, Title, etc (read comment / post comment, and title of page)= ok for the number i want it to say the # and then kissed me and then to leave a comment i want it to say kiss me, sweetheart and myabe like inbetween/infront of making a comment i want some pink lips

[x] Other Information = can you make a thin white border and uhh when you click the link like make them hazy as well as when you switch webpages it goes hazy
