A teenage girl reeking of innocence and naivity walks up and takes down the "FOR SALE" sign placed haphazardly in the window. she shrugs out of her heavy coat and watches it plop onto the sterile floor. She wriggles in her tight black boots uncomfortably and hits a switch. A light comes on overhead.

IIIIEEEEEeeeee!!!!!! Oh! Oh, whoa. Sorry about screaming like that. You scared the shit outta me.

Well, this place is nice. A few things have got to change around here, but it will definitely be done.
