Well, see I told ya'll I would start posting my food again!! So here it is. To be updated nightly! The only exercise I did today was cleaning house and some crunches. Tomorrow I plan on doing some more of my Richard Simmons video and probably go walking.

LUNCH:6 inch Turkey Sandwich,Baked BBQ lays
DINNER:Healthy Choice Chicken Tenders meal,Baked Potato
SNACKS:Smartpop popcorn,cinnamon graham cracker,lowfat granola bar,1/2 NERDS candy rope
FAT: 29.5 grams
