Mk..I didn't go walk today. I woke up late and then had to start doing all the stuff I had to take care of today. I did my crunches and arm lifts. I plan on walking tomorrow, hopefully the weather will agree with me. I just want to say THANK YOU!!!!!! to everyone in PALS 4 Life!! You all have been so extremely supportive..and I really needed it these past few days. Ok..here is my food: BREAKFAST:1 banana/strawberries LUNCH:Turkey Sandwich,WOW ruffles DINNER:Chinese Buffet(I think I made some pretty good choices) SNACKS:1 eskimo ice cream bar,WOW doritos,apple/strawberries w/fat free cool whip APPX.
