Well, while waiting for Main: Worth 10 points each Intelligence: I found a strange thing with this journal. I found that Emotional Value: A great plus is the frequent appropriate use of mood icons. Sometimes she explores her thoughts and feelings, mostly she states them. There is something about her writing that reflects her emotions. I wasn't particularly touched by any of her entries though. 7/10 Individuality: From the 17 entries on her Blurty I didn't get to know Customization: It is a free account, customization is limited to overrides. There layout is pleasing to the eye, even if the text box is a little too narrow for my taste. The text is easy to read, which is a great plus. A major annoyance is the strike through effect on links. From the text I gathered that the layout was not Courtesy and grammar: No LJ cuts, but there has been only one quiz. Spelling is ok, grammar is good. An occasional "cuz", "OMG" and the like show up. There are really practically no comments to reply to. 8/10 Sub Categories: Worth 5 points each Journal mechanics: Bio: No bio. 0/5 User Pics: 2 userpics, the default one matches the layout really nice. The other one is a nice Beatles pic, but alas, there is no keyword, so it cannot be used! 2/5 Contactability: Website, e-mail, two IMs, general location given in journal, comments. Fairly stalkable. 5/5 Quantity: 17 entries since April. The entries vary between one paragraph and nice length. 1/5 Blurty Involvement: She is a member of 5 communities, no other friends. She has written 17 entries since April 17, 2003, posted 3 comments, received 1. Practically not using her Blurty. 0/5 Journal Style: Impression: Well, thi sis a tough one. What I like is that she writes standard English, that she is open, that she has a good taste in music. What I don't like is that she is 16 and on Blurty. 2/5 Sense of Humour: I can't really remember smiling much. Well, 17 entries... other than a comment made me smile on Matt's survey. 1/5 Style: The style is good, suitable for a 16-year-old. Her entries are easy to read, though sometimes I get confused by names. She writes as the thoughts come. 4/5 Openness: Although she writes very little, she is very open about things that are on her mind at the moment. She writes about things that most people would not for fear of being judged. 5/5 Bonus: As I have already addressed her age in Impression, she gets an extra point for liking The Beatles. I'd like to point Total Score:59 0-19 Worst Journal Ever 20-29 Horrible 30-39 Really Awful 40-49 Awful 50-59 Not Too Good 60-65 So So 66-75 Average 76-80 Cool 81-84 Good 85-89 Very Good 90-94 Excellent 95-99 Elite 100 Extremely Elite (Perfect) Post a comment in response: |
