    Question of the Week (11-29-04)
    What are the most important tasks that users need to be able to accomplish on your site? Write a paragraph about what those tasks are and how you can use usability testing to figure them out.

    -The most important tasks needed to be able to accomplish on our site is Learn ability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. How easy is it to learn the material we are presenting on our site? How quickly can we perform the task set forward? Is it easy to re-establish proficiency of the site after abandoning it for a certain period of time? How many errors did we make? Are those errors fixable? How difficult is the procedure to fix the errors? How pleasant is the design of the site?
