Movies
So I saw the newest John Grisham book gone movie: "The Runaway Jury". This film packs a bevy of big-name actors including the great John Cusack, Gene Hackman, Dustin Hoffman, Luis Black, and many other stars. Now, I'm a fan of Grisham's work, but I must admit I wasn't too excited about this film. It was pretty good, an 8, in fact. I recently ranked all the new movies that I saw this year, and "Jury" ranked #11, which is pretty good. This movie probably would've been better if I hadn't seen the magnificent "KILL BILL" two weeks prior. Just a reminder, "KILL BILL" is the Best. Movie. Evah. It obviously ranked #1 on my list. Just to satisfy your curiousity, here is the rest of the list (note: this list will change as the year progresses):
The Movies of 2003 (that I've seen) 2. The Matrix Reloaded 3. Hulk 4. X2 5. Cowboy Bebop the Movie 6. Old School 7. Catch Me If You Can 8. Terminator 3 9. Identity 10. Underworld 11. Runaway Jury 12. 28 Days Later 13. Pirates of the Caribbean 14. The Italian Job 15. Confidence 16. S.W.A.T. 17. Seabiscuit 18. Final Destination 2 19. LXG 20. Anger Management 21. 2Fast 2Furious 22. Spy Kids 3d: Game Over and in last place... 23. Johnny English
Oh yeah, there was a rad new "Last Samurai" trailer before the movie. Oh S, Scarface is on.
