The passing of Yellow leaves us Blue
On August 1, 2009 the Philippines awoke to the passing of the 1st Female President of it's returned Republic.
Today, Mrs. Corazon Aquino is lead to her final resting place. And as the National Anthem of the Philippines cries out from the brass instruments of soldiers who enjoyed the freedom she returned to our Country, one can only reflect upon the burden she had shouldered until now.
Now in the arms of our Lord, Mrs. Aquino's earthly being makes it's way to eternal rest on a bed of yellow flowers and blue countrymen who will miss her and all she did out of pure love for the people.
Guide us with your Grace, give us Faith so we'll be safe...
