Today I will look at the word Motivation, ways to fuel the spirit. My life right now seems to be held down by too many fears, this is the time to face those fears, fear of failure, rejection, and change, these are the three fears that hold us back, squelch our motivation and cause us to live mediocre lives.
I will face my fears, look them in the eye, and use them to motivate.
Ability , motivation and attitude these are the keys to success in any goals.
Today I will visit my goal of losing weight, why is it that I have trouble starting and achieving this ? I will try and answer this and break through the barriers, this particular goal has caused me a lot of stress the past few years and I would really like to conquer it.
