The Tape or the Scale - Which Would You Rather Face?
I've always been a weigher, but watching The Biggest
Loser last night I decided to measure me. It's hard
to measure oneself so I probably did it wrong but the
measurements were HUGE :( so I'm sticking to the
scales. Which do you prefer? Why?
