I'm excited!!!
I'm excited!! My first professional publishing of my book "To Die or to Diet" is now available for purchase through cafeshops.com. In 1981 I went on a diet, and lost 85 pounds, and this book is the result of study and diet. I have made pamphlets in the past to hand out during workshops I've done on diet and personal improvement, but this is the first professional publishing of my book. I hope this book can encourage others to lose weight, eat healthy, and maintain their ideal weight.
