update sumpdate
Trying the freeware for image retrieval one more time...last time the computer must of got bumped out by a power issue...this second time around I have accessed 4479 files and it is up to 48% completion. I think it tapped out the first time at at about 23%. Doesn't appear to have retrieved much different photos than last time...but maybe if if runs the full course to 100% it may repair some partial pictures. No real reason not to let the thing run its course. It will likely take a couple more days.
The CIAPB's year end wrap up party was quite fun. Ran into a guy who was a grade ahead of me in school. Apparently it had been rattling his brain for months on end who I might remind him of...apparently it was ME.
Strange...he is dating one of the piper's in the band, hence why he was at the party. He is seriously an uptight guy. Good thing his partner is not. Actually his partner is a fun lovin' enjoying life at 46 as though he was experiencing everything as a 4 year old. He is a hoot.
