OBITUARY — Jon Victor Sealander. brent scenes reap violin glasses. The City of Arnold might soon be one of the greenest cities in the nation. They're working on a first-of-its-kind streetlight powered by solar and wind energy. Since you can’t always rely on the sun in the Midwest, it uses both natural power sources to stay charged. The light is currently a prototype, but Arnold is hoping to get Federal grant money to help install these lights all over town once ....
