    owwww
I am officially breaking the alliance with my right ankle. It has been nothing but trouble, betraying me at every turn. Tonight while I was out jogging I rolled it YET again. I was just turning around, halfway through my jog, and somehow my foot fell off the curb, cracked and left me laying in the street m_m. My new shoes are to blame for this -- they are far too thick to feel much through them, making things like that happen. After walking it off I was able to limp home at an above-gimp speed. It's not too bad to walk on now, I think my forces are advancing fast in resecuring the joint. This same thing has happend a number of times jogging this summer -- and playing DDR too. This was sadly the most painful of the lot. Nothing serious at least.

On the subject of jogging -- my diet has been working well so far. Getting back the gym a few times a week certainly helps as well. Somehow with work (aka fast food lunches) last winter, and all the chicken wing parties I was up to about 170 lbs from my 145lb weight not 6 months before. Weighing in now I'm at about 148 and slightly more lean. Not too bad -- just need to get in better DDR shape now. I still can't pass Maxx Unlimited! Paranoia Survivor Max is also evil -- as is the UCF machine for giving it to me as the FIRST song on nonstop-random_all. I thought we had a deal!
