They're not very smart sometimes
So, I have a funny story about my residents; I just got back from the library and I saw one of them climbing one of the trees outside of the building. It's a nice sized tree, easily climbed. As I'm walking up to them, I say, 'Excuse me, you need to get down from there please.' He kind of looked at me, so I told him that I'm an RA. And he said 'Seriously.' I said yes, and then I was like, what do you think, I joke about these things. He climbed down and his friend said to me that they'd heard that the tree was good for climbing. ::facepalm:: Well, of course that makes it okay then.
