    i'm gonna fight 'em off...
i know it's been some time since i've posted anything in this monstrocity. the truth is i've been lurking and lacking anything to really talk about. i guess i'm just not disgusted at anything enough to type it up. it seems that the only time i type in here is when i'm bored or pissed off at something or other.

so, what have i been up to? well, since you're so eager to know. ho-hum. i watched Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines yesterday. my god, did this movie ever impress me. there were somethings that angered me at first, but after i got into the movie it rocked me.

i've also been indulging in television quite a bit. my vhs decided to be a bitch a week ago and isn't working. *shakes fists!* the parental unit and i and are talking about getting one of those groovy dvd player/vhs combo deals. we've no dvd player, besides the computer's dvd-rom drive, and both of our vhs players are noncompliant. oh, how i miss being able to watch videos. *mourns his dead vhs players.*

doot doo. oh, the other day i got to do the all so fun deed of burning everything i wanted to keep to cd-rs. i think i used about 8 of those bastards. then, i got to revert this machine back to it's factory presets. there was something in this box that gave me random pop-ups and it was preventing internet exploder from doing it's job. now, this box is back the way i like and IE is being all cool like! the only thing that sucks is that i have to wait for a friend to bring back a particularly important cd-r to get all my programs back. i need muh fruity loops, damn it! i miss my music making progs.

other than that i've reverted back into the mp3 downloading machine. kind of odd considering i'm running on dial-up. i've not upgraded to a real connection. *laughs* let's see, i downloading some tracks for a classic rock mix. and i got the new Pink album. then i decided to download this White Stripes song i heard on the European Music Awards and then proceded to download the rest of Elephant. i'm kind of digging them. i thought i'd never say that. they still bug me, but this album doesn't seem all that bad. bah.

i must say, Trent fucking Reznor needs to stop being so mysterious and release new motherfucking material! what's the holdup, any damn way? always making us wait for the good shit. just about as bad as Tim Skold only Trent doesn't go off to play in shitty bands. speaking of Tim if you are reading this, which i doubt, but if by some miracle you are please..please! go back to fucking KMFDM. *nods.*

    Joshua.
