Ok. Mark and Rachel are taking me out to Numbers tonight. A San Diego gay bar. It's Bad Kitty night. Yeeeeaahh. In other news, my mother and I have agreed that I need to lose thirty pounds. So I'm starting a plan. I finally was really honest with myself. If I care about my career so much, why haven't I taken care of my body? I'm really very big. So no more. I am going to stick to a healthy diet. I outlined a meal plan for myself, which I can vary a bit from day to day. No more Cappy's. No more late night snacking. This is my plan for eating in the caf: Breakfast: 1 Banana, 1/2 grapefruit w/ Splenda, 2 egg whites, One glass milk. Lunch: Turkey Sandwich, small salad w/ vinegar, water, diet soda Dinner: Big salad (lots of broccoli), rice and beans, water, fat-free frozen yogurt in a small bowl. That coupled with my 8 hours of advanced dance classes a week, and (I will make myself do this, I swear!) pilates in my room a few times a week, and the joining of the yoga club should help me to lose about a pound a week, don't you think? I don't own a scale at school. I'll have to gauge it by feeling and looseness of clothes. And stamina, hello. And hopefully comments from friends. Ok, thirty pounds. Off you go.
