Have I ever mentioned how difficult it is to type when a cat is laying on your lap AND your keyboard?

Not much to say today, really: since yesterday I've been in a bit of a daze. I haven't felt too great, really, and I'm afraid I might be getting a cold. Either that or my allergies are attacking. It's not good either way.
Strange situation at work: so I go into Creations at 10AM, planning to work until 3PM and then go to GAP at 5:30PM and work until closing. I get a call from GAP around 1PM, telling me they have to cut my hours and not to come in for my shift today.
@_@~! Ack! I don't want my hours cut!
But, as it turns out, my replacement at Creations couldn't get there until 6PM, which really turned into 7PM. So, I guess it turned out alright in the end anyway?
Right before I got off work I wound up talking to a couple from Santa Fe for about half an hour. They were really nice, and fun to talk to. We talked about everything from SCAD to the murder rate in Santa Fe. o_o
I met a nice older woman today, too, who was buying a blown glass unicorn for her newborn granddaughter, because her recently deceased sister always bought presents for the children in her family. It was really sad. ;_;
Yes, sometimes my job is pretty interesting. Most of the time it's very boring though.
Yesterday I bought a PS2. >_> Mama made me do it.
I haven't even gotten it out of the box yet, but I'm already craving FF XI. *_* Anyone know how good that game is? And if it's worth the $13 a month?
I had a grapefruit for breakfast this morning.
I'd forgotten how tasty they are.
