    "that was a hell of a thing."
    Yesterday was a long and fun-filled day.
    Started by going to the beach with Muffin and Kappa (much to my protest, since all I wanted to do was sleep in). As it turns out, it was a really great day to go: the weather was nice, the water was perfect, and we saw dolphins! Two that came right up to shore, leaping out of the water and all. They were gorgeous.
    After that, we went back home to get ready for the Train concert.
    I bought a HOT PINK mini-skirt, a sleeveless shirt-thing, and some fishnet hose the other day at Hot Topic that I wore, and Kappa helped me get gothed-up by doing my hair and spraying hot pink streaks in it.
    o_O
    Mama nearly had a heart attack when I told her what I looked like. xD;;;
    So the concert was at an Army base about an hour from here, so we drove on out (got lots of stares and interesting comments along the way) and arrived about an hour before the show. The opening act went on (Graham Colten Band? I'd actually heard them before), and was actually really good. About an hour later, it was time for...

    TRAIN.

    My GOD, that was awesome.
    BEYOND awesome.
    They ROCKED. OUT.

    The vocalist was really great: he had an amazing voice. The performed some really great songs, and there was a lot of energy in the live...it was just a really, really, really great concert. I'd go see them again in a heartbeat.
    And they played "Drops of Jupiter," which has been me and Muffin's song for about three years now. We squealed and bounced around like fangirls after it was over.
    They played a song (that the vocalist said was "really, really awesome xD) from the new Spiderman movie...and yes, it WAS "really, really awesome." *_* Wah.

    We got lost on the way home. o_O But we made it back alive, and all was well.

    Today Muffin had work (and the poor thing had to suffer the indignity of HOT PANTS ;_; ), and Kappa and I had Korean food.

    Random Cool Thing: I'm downloading Seargant Frog anime.
    R0CKZRS.
