This weekend...
Had a busy weekend. Saturday was Joel's birthday party and everything went well. He got some cool toys so he's stocked up for the next year :D We held it at the park over the road from us and it was a perfect day, sunny but not too hot, slight breeze.
Sunday I went down to watch my dad and brother mudrace. (www.a4wdmra.com.au) I've been once before quite a while ago but this time I really really enjoyed it. I don't know if it was because I was around family or what but it was great fun! Joel loved it too after he got over the loud noises of the cars!
Today (Monday) I took Joel rollerskating. What a crack up this was!! They have a tots on skates session and he was not getting too involved. He would just stare at everyone. Then he decided to pull his pants down...so here he is, in the middle of the rink with pants around his ankles. His little friend decided that she'd pull them up for his, which didn't work....it was hillarious. He then had enough and lay down on the outside edge of the rink and didn't move until the food came out......that then became his permanent residence for the rest of the morning HAAHAA.
