He has been a strong transfer target for Arsenal, but it is Tottenham Hotspur who have tabled an official offer to take Rennes highly rated midfielder Yann M'Vila back to White Hart Lane, according to today's Transfer Rumours And Gossip journalists.
Tottenham Hotspur have had a tumultuous summer transfer window to date, with the Luka Modric story rolling on with no answers to date. However, M'Vila is a name that has been linked to a series of big clubs across Europe and a few in the Premier League so far. Whilst he has pledged his allegience to his current club Rennes, it would be very surprising not to see him lining up for a Premier League team on August 18th.
