Pure super chill-out...
I love my country 'cause it has the coolest radio station in the world, that since yesterday, has been playing randomly relaxing, smooth, especially remarkable electronica that has kept me wishing that I could pack my bags and flight straight to Ibiza, and... just stay living there... Mmm, it's brought the remix-lover back into me, well, tastefully downbeat remixes, that is...
The hazy/foggy hot weather we've been having in the last two days hasn't been helping either, it's kinda good but you feel like you're on drugs... We're having coastal weather except that there's no beach to be found... -_-
Mmm yeah, I decided to take a break from the 5:00 am wake-up time today, I really needed since I was starting to feel tired and I was barely getting 4 hours of sleep, and hum, yesterday's plan for Bebé didn't go as good as I expected, mom let her out and I waited until Bebé wasn't looking to the house to sneak out and try to stay with her in the front yard, but as soon as she saw, she just went running to the door all freaked out, almost crying to get inside. And aw.... another plan that went down the drain. But I myself just ran out of options, really, the only thing left to do is just, to let her out by herself, or maybe with mom, while keeping an eye on her from inside the house, that way she could just walk around and we'd still be sure that she'd be okay. That's tomorrow's plan. 5 am again ^_^
Last night I saw Identity, which surprisingly had a very interesting unique plot line, truly strong acting and great pacing with a tension that's slowly built. The direction is elegant and it shows all throughout the film. The problem is ( and really, it still annoys me) the awful final plot twist, which can be quite easily the worst most unnecessary one ever put on film. It's seems more like the work of some truly evil executive trying to cash-in on the tired gimmick rather than the work of the writers or the filmmaker, since it just feels so out of place. It's a shame, really, cause it painfully hurts one truly entertaining original film, but thankfully, some DVD editing program will allow you to edit that terrible thing and just see the film until where it was supposed to end. Because really, argh!
