    ASShat latest
I find it hard to believe the rubbish people are saying. If the US wanted him, it would be far easier to have requested extradition from here and not Sweden. He stands accused of serious sex crimes in Sweden. They have to interview him, then go back to the complainants with his version of events, interview them and then Assange again. To say he could be interveiwed in the embassy or by video is ridiculous. He wants to clear his name, well go to Sweden (one of the most liberal countries in the world, and one where you cannot be extradited if there is the possibility of capital punishment) be interviewed, and if need be, clear your name in court. The wikileaks and US element is simply a side show, a smokescreen to avoid going to Sweden. Save us all some money, remove all Ecuadorian diplomats and close their embassy down. Arrest the egotistical little idiot and send him to Sweden. All his supporters can go with him. Don't forget, the women involved were supporters of him and wikileaks.
