To create a secret, you can use any photo editing software. Some of the more common ones are: Microsoft Paint, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, GIMP. Open up the program of your choice, and either paste an image (you can find images on: google, photobucket, gettyimages) and write text on top of the image (make sure it's readable!) or just write text on a plain document.
When you are saving your image, make sure it is saved as either a .jpg, .gif or .png
Next, upload your secret on any photo hosting service (tinypic or imageshack are your best choices) and select the direct link:
After you have your secret uploaded, comment anonymously on the secret submission post. =)
