what my healthy heart club did this summer
The "Boys of Summer" were at it again as baseball parks around Lexington, KY were filled with the sounds of cracking bats and cheering crowds. The Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids® was also at the ballpark this summer sponsoring a talented seven-year-old baseball team. The South Lexington Red Team participated in four tournaments over the summer, winning the Bruin Classic in Elizabethtown, KY with a record of five wins and zero losses. The team finished the season with an overall record of 18 wins and 5 losses.
The Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids® was proud to be a sponsor of the South Lexington seven-year-old Red Team. The club encourages children to be active and participate in youth sporting events. Sponsoring the South Lexington Red Team was a great way to show our support for children leading an active healthy lifestyle.
For our sponsorship, the team proudly displayed the name "Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids" on the back of their jerseys while team volunteers distributed Healthy Heart Club brochures throughout the crowd during game days. The Healthy Heart Club logo was also displayed during each of the games on a large banner that hung in the team's dugout.
