<3 coffee. Coffee w/ skim or soy and maybe some cinnamon= calcium and protein and other good stuff. Not a bad deal. I mean you can get between 1/3 and 1/2 your calcium requirement out of the way like that! *snaps fingers* Plus there are antioxidants and some other benefits, so I don't think coffee is something to feel bad about in moderation.
I agree though--after my morning dose, it is all over. No more.
