I'm not involved with abuse here anymore, so I really can't help you (and I don't recall your username, so I probably wasn't involved either). Your best bet would be to open a request in the abuse or age issues category, but last I knew, policy was still that accounts created in violation of the TOS for age reasons would not be reinstated.
