Here's Vivi that I did in Watercolor today! Took about two hours or so. We were supposed to use only primary colors, and if we wanted other colors, we had to wait until one layer was dried, and then paint on top of it. That's easy for me, because that's all I do. I hate mixing colors, because they're a hassel, and I don't like to paint everything the way they are. Weird colors in weird places = good. I especially like purple shadow on yellow object. More stingily (what?), with colored pencils. Instead of having an outline of a dark color, I like to make that outline highlight outline color. Black is never good.
Don't mind the blotchy part of Vivi's clothes, the left side of him, and I know I did a bad job. ...I finished something in one day! That's cool!
The assignment for tomorrow is to bring two or three objects that you'd like to paint. The more meaningful to self, the better the artwork it seems, my teacher says. But, of course, no valuables. What should I bring? Laputa necklace!!!??

Hey! Another notice!! Our restaurant will probably be finished in two weeks!! The sign's up, so we'll probably light it from today on. Aaaahhh.... the nearly four months of unemployment.
