finding the sun in the night of the ocean.
lately ive been busy as hell. lots of hockey, and tons of schoolwork. its been fun so far though. i never thought id say that since my stress has been killing me lately, but i guess i should start looking on the bright side of things. hockey is going good right now, despite the ongoing ankle problem. damn, i wish that thing would heal. but im a dominant player on the ice, and with some of the other players, i can really set up some nice plays. i love being the playmaker. its fun. and with schoolwork, its just a bitch to get done. you never have the motivation unless i pop in a a good ol' emo cd from back home. i really miss the late night hockey practices for the phantoms. i miss laughing my ass off at the stupid things that we did. i miss road trips, and i miss all the friends i used to have. i could write a whole list of people in here that used to be my friends, but i doubt that they would even read this thing, lol. ive talked to bean a few times, and its been good. maybe if i have time when im home, i can visit her or something. dunno. i wanna start a band here, but its difficult to find people who play instruments. i just wanna grab the mic and sing my ass off, start screaming, and get some smiles on people's faces. its such a rush. ive been walking alot lately as well. its good for me too. i get to just be by myself for a while. anyway, its time for a dunkin donuts run with the crew. i love everyone from home, and the people who have helped me in such massive ways here at NEC. cant wait until parents weekend, and thanksgiving.
