A Not So Eloquent Update
First of all - fantastic show last night Scott and Shawn. You guys were awesome. It was also great to finally catch up with everyone. We should have get togethers like that more often. [And maybe my computer will decide to actually let me stay on AIM longer.]
Daniel and I have just been hanging out. After our little night out the other night, I'm kind of reluctant to do something like that again. My mind's still foggy as to what happened, but from the snippets I remember and what Daniel has told me, I think I made a fool out of myself. And the hangover that followed was enough to stop me from drinking that much again. At least until last night anyway. Two hangovers in a time period of two days really isn't a good thing for me. I was so snappy this morning which only made Daniel laugh at me even more than he had been.
Once I get back to LA, it's back to work for me. Aaron and I will be shooting a video for our new song For You which was especially written for an upcoming movie, DareDevil. We're both really excited about that. And we're proud of the song. Lyrics are in the cut tag for anyone interested.

Besides that, we're also starting work on the new album. We've already got a lot of material written. It's now time to start the demoing and recording process. As far as the little dilemma we had with Billy and Nate leaving and replacements, we've come to the decision that we won't be getting any replacements. We'll have temporary guys with us while we're in the studio, then we'll have a backup band once we start touring again. So really, The Calling is just Aaron and I from now on. Dino is going to go back to doing his own thing for now, but who knows, he may be back with us when we start touring. God knows Aaron and I will be trying our hardest to get him back.
