Hey. I'm new the community...here to...maybe learn some stuff about makin icons. For now, my buddy paul is my icon bitch. But i hate making him make them for me, and I tried earlier today to make one...I really did...bad idea. I can do anything on a computer...except make a friggin Icon. Well...I have a picture of a heart split in half...and it says 'Best Friends' on it...and I want the BEST to flash and then the FRIENDS to flash, and then..if possible, the whole thing to glow or get brighter. It'll be 2 years ago thursday that I met my best friend, so I want a really cute Icon! Thanks to anyone who can help me...I'd also like one that flashes R-E-D-R-U-M...each letter one at a time...but right now, I'm just focused on the best friends one!
