SO? Which bowl of beans should we spill first?
- Our acoustic song entitled LEGACY has been chosen for one of the scenes in the upcoming movie TURQUOISE ROSE!! The movie is currently in the post-production phase which hopefully means it will be completed soon. Kree from Guilty Wilson also worked on the movie which is a double-bonus! - We are currently in talks with an indie record label that's based out of Phoenix AZ. The label has ties with some of the mid-major bands, labels and some major music festivals. There exists opportunities to play the festivals and even go on a summer tour with better-known bands. This has all come at us at break-neck speed and we're still trying to digest it as a band. We'd like our decision to be soaked in wisdom and not in impulse. It's an exciting time for us because we know that this could possibly open up other opportunities like bringing some bigger bands to the reservation. So there's a lot to think about, to mediate on and to pray about for Amounting to Nothing. We just want to remain in our element and be at peace with whatever decision we make. Still, it's pretty cool huh?
- The Brick has been working hard in putting together this year's "A Not So Silent Night - The Christmas Rock Show". The show will be held at Wowie's Warehouse in Gallup NM on December 9th. Amounting to Nothing would like to do something special for this show soooo...if you bring in $8 worth of unwrapped toys, we will give you a free special-edition-14-song-CD or a free t-shirt. We will be donating the toys to the Manuelito Children's Home so we can help give them a Joyous Christmas.
