I called my sponsor today. I haven't talked to her in years, quite litteraly. We don't even go to the same meeting anymore, so there wasn't even the occasional small talk... Nothing. Anyway, to get to the point - She relapsed a month or so ago, and is right now in the process of trying to quit again. Nothing like the person you relay on relapsing to make you hopeful about your own recovery.
