7:29p - Question...
Hey all well I have a question about how I should wear my make up + what colors + what to buy and everything. Well heres my looks::
I have long naturally wavy dark blackish aburn hair but I straighten it.. it's like 3 or 4 inches past my shoulders.
I have not pale and not to tan but yeh white-ish / tan-ish skin + some freckles that are fading away ( yay! ).
I have yellow green eyes that aren't to big and aren't to small they are like just right.
And for my lips they are pink-ish.
Well I normally wear foundation to lighten up my freckles and sometimes eyeshadow but not a lot and I wear black eyeliner on the top of my eyelid like by my eye lashes and also like above my bottom eyelashes so it loosk like a cats eye. And I just wear like light pink-ish tint lip stick with lip gloss over it. Tell me what to do cause I want a new look. Thanks

ok so i need some makeup tips. my eyes are hazel-ish green, and really small. i always wear black eyeliner on the lower-inner-rim thing. i know thatll make my eyes look worse people say, but theyre wrong, because i look really really bad without my black eyeliner, and its not just me, all my friends agree.
ok so yea umm im pale, my lips are really red. my hairs blonde and down to my shoulders. ummmm yea so anyone feel like helpin? that would be swell. oh yea and if you cant figure out what i look like, im in my icon. haha yea

hey! woo hoo i know how to post in the damn community thing now!!!
dear gawd i'm getting really dizzy----could it be the lavender oil on my candly thing is dizzying me? dammit! so stupid... so yeah im new!!! a virgin to all this blurty stuff well a lil about myself (yeah ur gonna have to sit thru this and read it!) i'll make it short:
*name: queenie
*ethnicity: asian (chinese) pride
*hair: black, but full of red, orange (bronze), and a lil blonde.
*eyes: brown
that's all i can come up with right now cuz my head's about to explode!!! oi! oh and i have one question----i have combination skin and it sucks, cuz its dry in some places and oily in some other places, got any make up tips? like how to apply my base make up evenly w/o it havin to look dry n flaky (like i've tried to hard)??????? thanks ! i'll be back after some lying down-time

10:58p - eyeshadow 101
to play up your eyes u basically want to use the 'colour wheel'; find your eyecolour shade then look on the complete opposite and use that colour for your shadows..
Some basics:
Brown and gold eyeshadow- these are both universal colours and look fine on just about everyone.
if your eye colour is:
brown- the most flattering colours are shades of plums and greens
blue- shades of golds and browns, and some violets
green- shades of browns and shimmery purples
hazel- shades of browns w/yellow/orange flecks in them, peaches
these are just basic eyeshadow colours, there are dozens of combos/shades i could list, but this is just to give you an idea and some sort of basis to start off with.
