midterms start tomorrow! im excited! and i say that with the utmost sarcasm
plus my uniform is in the worst condition: the kilt is soo stiff. its made of wool and i guess has absolutely no fabric softener in it. plus the hem has completely fallen down. so i stapled it back up (suck an ursuline thing to do)
i was all excited because there has been relatively no drama this year. but recently AH! i guess thats what you get for going to an all girl school...baha |

So, school has begun. Care for some photos? They're all done with atristic flair (that is, upsidedown, inside out, and not straight - I'm not a photographer, lol) of course. ( School uniform... )
( Random schooly things... )
So there we go. Now, I shall run back to slaving away at my homework... >.O

Hi everyone *waves* I'm Angelique from Australia. I no longer goto school anymore, but I am totaally with you on the uniform thing. I went to a Christan school and we had to wear ties, skirts, shirts the lot. It wasn't until I was in 10th grade when they let the girls wear pants. This was when they introduced a new uniform which was totally ugly. The new skirt made your behind look huge... I'm so glad I finished school before I had to wear it. There was a two year faze in time, so you could still wear the old uniform. This actually finished when I started 12th, but they extended it just for us... everyone else had to wear the new uniform though. Hehe...
I'll try dig up the uniform and take some pictures. I have both skirts, so you can see them both.

Ah, hello there. Decided that I should introduce. I am Rinny. Sixteen, from Australia. I go to a Catholic school, whee! O.o It seems, though, to be slowly turning more public. It used to be an all-boys school, although quite a while before I started, they decided to turn it co-ed (obviously, being that I have a vagina and all). Now, they've also taken to letting in non-catholics, being as it's the best school in the area, and allowing Catholic families various funding plans, so that they don't get offended that the public is using their wonderful school. Sadly, I have no pictures to post. Mainly because I don't want to, thereby making it not so sad afterall. Ah well, I'm sure we'll all get by without seeing my ugly face up on our monitors. Think I'll end this here, write a little more another day, perhaps. Ciao.

gee wizz, a whole two members. More then i hoped for really. it'd be great if a bunch of people joined, tell you friends and all that!
I got to a catholic school in Florida, and today was the first day back. terrible, of course. But, I'd expect nothing less.
I'm going to follow suit and show off my rad unifrom. I don't usually wear the skirt. We have pants, but I don't have any pictures of me in them.

I don't have anything to say now, I just wanted to post a picture of me in my uniform, it's at the beginning of the school year.
And no, I'm not really that excited to put it on in the morning. We have to wear these tie things too sometimes, they're not really ties, it's just like, two pieces of cloth that goes around your neck and hangs down in front of you. Kinda hard too explain, maybe I'll show a pic another time. Anyways, tell me what you think of my uniform. |

This is my first time posting here, so I'll start by giving a little backround of myself. I go to to "antonian college preparatory high school" and as you'll often hear me say is a very fancy name for "send your kids here if you're rich." I went to public school from kindegarten-8th grade, when I lived in cali. Then i moved to Texas and started going to private school, and I'm halfway through my freshman year. There's sooo much stupid shit, but in this entry, let's talk about grades. So anyways, at public school 90-100 is an A, and 80-90 is a B, right? Well, at my private catholic high school, you're not so lucky. Only a 94-100 is an A, and a 93 is a B, what's up with that?!? And in the honors classes....you get kicked out if you're grades aren't like all A's, hahah. what bullshit, right? Well, that's all for now, tell me what you guys think! |
