I'd like an icon with this picture. http://www.teenidols4you.com/blink.php?p=Actors/ryanm&f=rm012c1.jpg (get rid of the words at the bottom) I'd like it to have the same blinking stars as in this icon: http://www.blurty.com/userpic/152116 Except at the bottom right hand corner, I'd like it to say "Ryan Forever" in the same font as the icon with the blinking stars, except in dark blue color. I greatly appreciate whoever does this for me.
