I am closing this community. (I'm actually going to be leaving Blurty permanently once I save a few entries from my personal journal.) Due to classes, tests, interviews, and a full-time job, I haven't been around to maintain it like I want to and once I begin my nursing classes, I will have even LESS time. I'd like to apologize to the people who just joined and to my faithful members who have been here since the beginning. I'm sure one of you guys has the talent and time to make an even better community so have at 'er ;)

Out of the 29 members that were in this community as of 9 PM EST tonight, 17 of them were just removed because they were found to be in violation of the community rules and/or the Blurty T.O.S.
That was very disappointing, as was some of the recent behavior in  body_qna, so I've changed the membership from Open to Closed. Posting access has also been changed. Instead of immediately being granted access to post upon acceptance, new members will be reviewed by me then manually entered into the system once I've OK'd them for posting access. Don't worry. It's not hard to be accepted if you can read and abide by the rules listed on the info page.
If you were one of the members that I just removed, please reread the rules (including the introductory post, which is linked from one of them) and try joining again.
To the 12 who actually paid attention, you've already been re-added and granted posting access.

hey, me and my boyfriend just had sex for the second time. Right when he was like taking it out (because he starting cumming) I felt something so i chedcked and the tip of the condom was in me.. HELP! =( is there any way i could be pregnant or do you have to do it a couple times first? And it also didnt really get alot in .. but i think there was some in there.. what are the chances of me being pregnant??

I dunno if this should be posted or not, I just joined, and I have a quick question.
I feel that after a long day I tend to smell in the nether regions.
I can't find anything to make it go away, and I am truly embarrassed when I am fooling around with my boyfriend. What should I do?
Does it have to do with what you eat? I heard that once.
Otherwise, I am truly open to ideas.

yesterday night i was feeling like i had to throw where the throw up felt like it was sitting in my throat and just suddenly, right now i feel dizzy, shakey and i now feel like i have to throw up again. can you please tell me if these are signs of sicknesses or anything.

Soo question about breasts. Actually more so nipples. I have 34B size breasts, and I was just wondering ...what size should my nipples be? They seem really large and not....normal. My areola (sp?) is very large, i cant really give an example of how large but maybe like two quarters combined or bigger? Its just that it covers a pretty big part of my entire breast and i dont know...i was just curious. Do guys find huge nipples unattractive or werid??

Sorry to be posting again.. I haven't got my period since July and I've had protected sex since, then but the last time was about a month ago. I have no symptoms of being pregnant, so I haven't been too worried, because I usually do skip months sometimes, but because it's been three months I'm starting to get worried. So, my question is.. is it possible to be pregnant with no symptoms ? I know I need to get a pregnancy test to find out, but I'm scared about the whole thing.. So any help would be appreciated thanks.

My best friend has been having sex with her boyfriend for awhile and the other day he wanted to do stuff with her, but she felt a burning feeling down there, so she went to the bathroom and on her vagina it was like red and swollen she says its like a part of it and its not really small but not like huge, and she says its been burning and hurts sometimes when she walks. the burning isnt too bad though. i told her to go to a clinic, but she lives far away from me and she doesnt have any clue what it could be from. does anyone know what this might be ? thanx in advance.

Anyone know of a way I could speed up my period? I want it to come soon so I can start this medication. (It should be here in about 1.5-2 weeks.) Is there any food, drinks, exercising that could help it come faster?

is there anyone here who like knows about STD's or a site to go to or what are some signs of having one? i dont think i do i just want to read up on it you know?
and another thing....does anyone know a good way to bring up with your boyfriend maybe getting tested with him? just to be on the safe side?
^^im not worried about him getting "offended" or anything i just dont know a good way to bring it up...

hey everyone i have a couple questions...hopefully someone can help me =]
1. ok, me and my boyfriend have had sex 6 times. the first time, i bled and i know thats normal. and i didnt bleed again the next times we did it, except for yesterday. it wasnt a lot of blood it was hardly any. but im not sure why i bled this time because it didnt hurt and we didnt do anything different so im just not sure. i just got off my period 2 days ago, could that be it???
2. when you have sex, does your "cherry" get popped the first time, or can it happen a different time? because ive always heard that when your cherry pops theres like a peice of skin or whatever, and that you bleed. well i bled but i dont remember finding any excess skin, and yesterday there was a very little peice of skin that i found, down there obviously...
3. oh and one more thing...is it different for some people like with the skin hanging or anything when your cherry gets popped, or will there ALWAYS be skin there for everybody when it happens?
i dont know, sorry if i sound dumb but i needed help with this stuff...thankyou to anyone who can help with any of these questions ill love you forever

Hey everyone! I just joined and have a situation that is really beginning to scare me.
My senior year in high school my period was very regular, my cramps were light and life was easy. Once I moved to college, my period started to become irregular and my cramps more painful. My dr checked for hormone problems and thyroid problems but everything was fine and he decided that we should just try to wait it out instead of going on bc pills to control my cycle. I am now a senior in college and my period never straightened out. It didn't bother me until August of 2003. That's when I started dating a really great guy. We fool around more than I ever have before but he had never penetrated me and is usually extremely careful to be gentle with me. My periods are now anywhere from 4 months apart to 3 weeks apart and so painful I can barely move. I finally went back to my dr in August of this year. He again checked my hormone level and said it was fine. He decided that instead of me having to go home for ANOTHER test, that he would put me on bc pills for 3 months and then we'd see how things were after that. Two days before I was suppose to start the pills, I started bleeding. At first I thought that it was my period, so I just started the pills as scheduled and went on with life. It's been three weeks since I first started bleeding. Its not as thick as a period and much brighter. I haven't cramped at all and the flow will vary from one day to another although it's always so heavy that I have to wear a tampon. My mom promised that she would call the dr earlier this week but never did. I told her that today she HAS to get ahold of him for me. (I can't call him because it's long distance and the only time I have access to a phone that I can call long distance on, the office isn't open.) I'm so scared! When I was first going to talk to him about it, I was scared of endometriosis (it runs in my family). But now I don't know what to think! I've lost so much blood that I'm always tired and have lost the desire to do anything besides sleep. I'm afraid that I'm becoming anemic...esp because I'm constantly craving red meat which has high quantities of iron. I can't afford to go buy iron supplements right now to help with the situation.
Does anyone have any experience with something like this? Any suggestions? What's wrong with me??????

just an update and another concern. i got it done and everything (i cried the entire time because i was nervous as hell and i hate doctors/hospitals and everything so it was not fun and the doctor was not being very nice or anything so that just added to it) and now im just like in pain from the 2 biopsys and i was wondering how long the pain lasts. and now my newest problem is telling my boyfriend he has trichomoniasis because i have it and am now being treated but i didnt have it in july when i went to gyno last and i really have no idea how i should tell him about it so any suggestions would be lovely.

If anyone could help me with this it would be a great help.. Okay well i've had my period for 3 years now and I know it can be a little irregular in the first 2 years.. But now basically the past maybe 4 or 5 months my periods seem to get farther apart.. my cycle used to be every 24-26 days now its 30-36.. and my periods only used to last 4-5 days and now can last usually up to 7-8.. I'm just wondering if this is anything to worry about? its been kind of scaring me because this isnt normal for me.. so any information on this would help a lot! thanks in advance.

ok i just found out today that on sept 20 i have to go to the gyno and get a colposcopy and i read about it and stuff and im so scared. i had gone to the gyno in the very end of july and they said my pap smear wasn't normal and they think its probably just from bacterial vaginitis because i have gotten it a bunch of times and i may have it now. but i was just wondering if anyone has ever had a colposcopy before and could maybe tell me in real people terms exactly what it is. im like really skeeved and nervous now.
any help would be great.

Last night my boyfriend and I fooled around. He fingered me and then be had sex. It wasn't rough at all...but afterwards we noticed that I bled alot. It's definatly not my period, 1)because i'm not due for it 2)because I didn't bleed at all today. Does anyone know what could have happened? I'm kinda scared....please comment. Thank you
